Steve Jobs, a co-founder of Apple and former CEO is a man who has definitely led by example all throughout. He did not spend time on self-pity having been an adopted child while his biological parents were still living; he moved on and made a name for himself. Leadership examples for him came from the Beatles, whom he referred to many times as his source of inspiration. Steve Jobs leadership examples dates back 30 years ago, and still remains a beacon of hope for employees who care to live with such leadership traits all their working lives.

The efforts put in Apples OS cannot be slighted. If it was not a properly guided leadership team, Apple would not be where they are today. Apple is the only computer software companies that use their own hardware and software programs. Apple is one of the OS that has remained difficult to hack, there has a few been incidences, but they remain one of the most stable OS of the 21st century. That cannot be refuted! They have travelled one of the most difficult roads to make it to the top.
Apple products can test to be some of the best the market has ever hard. With products like iPod, iPhone, iPad, Macintosh amongst many others, technology can never remain the same. If they were not leading by example, Apple would not be where they are both in the technology world and in the stock market. The efforts and innovative spirit put in lifting Apple to its current status is incredible. This can be attributed to the former CEO’s relentless efforts in motivation, and the desire to step down from the helm and give somebody else a chance to lead.
Many world leaders do not have the attributes of true leadership. True leadership requires putting the organizations interest at the top. This coupled with the desire to responsibly work as a team is true leadership. The principle established by the former CEO of Apple, his team, and co-founders in treating both their employees and customers with respect; will go along way in filling the vacuum left at Apple. A leader must definitely lead by example.
